Default document folders from Project template not copied in project

Hi,

I have a set of default folders in the document section of a Project template. But when i am creating a project of that template, the document folder list is not getting copied. Where can i debug to find the issue? I can see the list of folders/documents are there in the table DPR_DOCUMENT for the project template but while creating even after saving, i can see only the root folder getting created.

The issue is coming after we upgraded our system to PPM5.0. It was working fine earlier.

Anyone faced the similar issue?
