Hello experts:
We are trying to integrate our PS planning data into the Portfolio items created in the Portfolio strucutre. We are using the report /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING in order to do it but when we are executing the step of integration is raising this warming:
"No link exists between SAP PS Project element and selected SAP PPM items".
As far as I know we have made all requiered steps in customizing to run the process:
- Define the fiancial and capcity views.
- Define the financial settings.
- Define the capacity settings.
By other hand we have created the project item based on our template creating automtically the PS and their WBS from PPM. Once created automaticlly has been saved in SAP ECC all the structure based on the template. After that we have execute the different steps to plan our cost and capacity: we have made our overall planning and detail planning for the PS created the activities dedicated at this project.
But once we have made all this workflow of the planning process, when we are trying to integrate in PPM so that to see the capacity and financial planning, the system is not recovering any data, and we cannot see by portfolio item or rollup by bucket the planning data created in PS.
Do you have any sugestion about with step are we missing?
