Connecting to PPM 5.0 from portal - error message

Hi,

trying to connect to PPM .0 backend via portal but already have xRPM 4.5 on the portal. We get an error message

Error connecting using JCO.Client: null

Error connecting using JCO.Client: null

Configure link to show as startup page

Our Basis team seems to think it's to do with the two standard JCO that are already in use by xRPM might be causing a conflict.

Anyone come across this issue?
