Document upload on Decision Point after Item End Status

Hi folks,

I can upload files to the Item even after it has reached an End Status. But after the Item reaches End Status (eg. Approved), I noticed that I cannot upload any files to the Decision Points (also with End Status).

Is there any way to change this to upload files to the Decision Points after Item has reached End Status?

Could do it in 4.5-portal, but cannot see that working in 6.0-nwbc w/html
