Budget transfer from PS to PPM

Hi Folks,

Can we transfer the Budget (not Planned) values assigned to Level-2 WBS elements in PS to PPM Financial Planning view using the standard Report that is used to bring other Financial Data.

Also, can the values be brought over from a Level-2 WBS level to PPM Financial Planning, not just from a Project Definition level. So that the Categories/Groups can receive individual Budget values per WBS of PS project.

If not, is there any other work around to bring Budget values assigned in PS Project to PPM
