PPM61 - Item to project link broken

Hi Gurus,

Its in PPM61, issue is when Item is created a project is also created but it wont object link it automatically. If i assign in related objects - it works.

All required config, Item type, project templates, assign to item types and object link settings are in place. This is tricking me this time, did it before never had issue. Anyone had this before ?
