I am learning to setup Collaboration Scenario folders.
Created several Accounts like
Internal-A, Internal-B,
External-A, External-B, External-C and External-D
Configured/Authorized all user accounts to allow access to collaboration folders from internally and externally.
Issue with Notifications:
I do not want an user External-A to send email notifications to other External user accounts External-B/C/D.
Currently when I navigate to create notification window, I can see all users authorized to the collaboration folder. That it means if I select all users, an email will be sent to all users.
Example:
when user "External-A" wants to send notifications, this user can see all other Users names (External-B,C, D and Internal A,B).
If user "External-A", select all users from the recipients list, an email will be sent to all selected users.
Questions:
- Is it possible to disable notifications only to a user OR set of users or for a particular collaboration?
- Is it possible to display only a User Group in the Recipients list, instead of displaying all users. And add only one account to the Group?
- Is it possible to disable “Received Notifications” & “Sent Notifications” tabs?
My apologies if the above explanation is not very clear.
