one of our customers has established a process in Project Management using checklist references.
They are using checklist references which contain several tasks and sub tasks.
Those tasks and sub tasks contain relationships to ohter tasks within the checklist.
Every now and then, the customer tells us that some relationships have disappeared automatically.
As there are no change documents for relationships, we have serious trouble to identify the reason.
We have tried to reproduce the issue several times without being succesful. It is therefore still not reproducable for us.
Is anyone else facing this problem or can advise how to identify the reason?
We are using PPM5.0 SP9, all released notes regarding releationships are installed.
